• Aiken, you will support the Restaurant team to ensure the Food and Beverage operations at the Garden Grill are working properly and up to local and brand standards. Specifically, as a Bartender, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests
• Maintain bar equipment and make sure that working areas are in good condition
• Keep areas clean, neat, and presentable at all times
• Assist with order taking and room service delivery as needed
• Complete any special assignments/projects as assigned by the Restaurant Manager and/or General Manager A Part-Time Bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn
• Aiken is always working on behalf of hotel Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
• Experience in the Food and Beverage operation of a hotel, restaurant, bar/lounge or similar environment
• Previous experience working with Micros or similar Point of Sale system
• Strong work ethic
• Organized and punctual
• Previous Hilton experience is a plus
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Ability to work without close supervision
