Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management while balancing sales opportunities to maximize tips and revenue. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Proficiency with POS systems; strong cash handling skills required. Excellent customer service skills to engage guests in a lively environment. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in cleanliness. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures; certification in Alcohol/Serving course required by the state 30 days after hire.
