> is now hiring an > The Homegrown Hospitality Group is looking for dynamic, outgoing and knowledgeable bartenders to add to our growing hospitality team who will provide courteous and responsive service while executing the highest quality of service for our guests. Surpass customers' requests, needs, and preferences, while exceeding their expectations. The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. Multiple concepts, multiple locations, one big family!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing engaging and excellent service for all bar guests throughout their visit Mixing great cocktails to spec, pouring cold draft beer to spec, pouring wine to spec and making drinks in the service well for service staff Describing food/beverages to guests, taking guest orders and efficiently delivering food/drinks Pre-bus and maintain the bar top and surrounding lounge tables during service while attending to guests needs Deliver marketing initiatives and notify guests of upcoming events Quickly and efficiently accepting payment Teamwork with co-workers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum age of 21 years old Alcohol Safety Certification, company provided within the first 7 days of training, if not already certified Preferred Prior bartending experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
SALARY RANGE
$2.13 - $7.25 / Hour (plus tips)
