We are a high-volume brewery, restaurant, and event venue, so every shift brings something different. Our bartenders work as a team—serving craft beer and cocktails, supporting food service, working special events, and curating the perfect guest experience. Bartending experience is a plus, but it isn't everything. We are willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a great personality, and the ability to learn quickly, we want to hear from you. Our Ideal Candidate You'll probably be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy talking with and taking care of people. Bring energy and a positive attitude to every shift. Stay calm and organized under pressure. Understand that great hospitality is a team effort. Are flexible jumping in wherever you're needed. Take pride in keeping your area clean, stocked, and organized. Are dependable and show up ready to work. Can take direction, accept feedback, and continue learning. Craft beer knowledge is a plus. Curiosity and willingness to learn are more important. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old.
