This paid hourly position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending talents in a fast-paced, fun environment while honing your skills in beverage presentation, food safety, and customer engagement. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, specialty non-alcoholics, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their event experience and promote beverage sales. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies and minimizing waste through efficient stock control. Operate POS systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Utilize smokers, iSi canisters, etc, and produce creative garnishes to elevate the guest experience. Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless service flow during high-volume periods or special functions. Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments or catering environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits, and tableside service. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy events. Previous food service or restaurant experience that demonstrates exceptional customer service skills. Experience with beverage recipe development and food handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Ability to lift, bend and carry up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods of time is required. This is a mobile bartending service.
