The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Participate in catering events as needed, providing bartending services outside of regular hours. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service is required. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations for drink recipes and transactions. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy hours at restaurants or nightclubs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
