Overview Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Server and Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you're mixing cocktails, serving fine dishes, or engaging with guests, your enthusiasm will be the key to delivering outstanding service that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their skills in a welcoming setting. You will be responsible for the setting up of private events, serving in a banquet environment, and resetting of rooms after events have concluded. Buffet serving experience is also a plus. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address guest needs promptly Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing detailed knowledge of menu items. Support bar management by restocking supplies and adhering to responsible alcohol service policies Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy shifts and maintaining high standards of hospitality industry experience Skills Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industries with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems Familiarity with fine dining service standards and banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members while maintaining professionalism under pressure Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! Pay:
