In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere where patrons feel welcomed and valued. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Use our POS system ( Tabit ) process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings, addressing any issues proactively. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during events or banquets. Manage time efficiently during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments. With this we also require an alcohol training course that adheres to SCDOR approved certifications within 30 days of being hired. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
