If you love creating great guest experiences, enjoy talking about wine, and thrive in a hospitality-focused environment, we'd love to meet you. This is a part-time position, typically 3 shifts per week , with evening and weekend availability required. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a warm, inviting atmosphere Recommend wines and help guests navigate our wine list Explain wine styles, tasting notes, and food pairings Pour wine and beverages accurately and consistently Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and throughout service Wash and polish wine glasses Complete end-of-shift bottle counts and inventory tracking Support private events and special tastings as needed Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional hospitality What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Wine knowledge or wine sales experience is a major plus Ability to learn and confidently discuss our wine program Attention to detail and commitment to responsible alcohol service Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred Why The Velvet Coupe?
