Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy Assist in serving food at events like banquets or catering functions, supporting overall service excellence Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with legal requirements and company policies Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; hospitality or food service background preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Experience in brewing or the food industry is a plus; retail math knowledge is beneficial Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests can enjoy expertly crafted drinks!
