In this lively role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, engage with diverse clientele, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and efficient cash handling will be key to delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. During day shifts you will manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent time management skills to serve promptly during busy hours. During PM shifts, you will tend to the bar station and, if needed, pickup additional tables when servers need help. Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or late-night venues, while providing attentive customer service. Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with Tabit POS system is excellent, but we will happily train. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-pressure situations in hospitality settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining health compliance. Must be ServSafe Alchohol SC Ceritified, or will be required to do so within 30 days of being hired. We welcome positive attitudes.
