Bartender/Server

Grand Harbor Golf & Yacht Club located on Lake Greenwood is home to an award-winning golf course designed by Davis Love III, a lakeside marina, tennis, equestrian, recreation facilities and a full-service restaurant and grill for members to enjoy.

Job Duties:

• Provide friendly, exceptional service to members and guests at lakeside residential golf community.
• Execute cocktail recipes according to proper bar etiquette and member preferences
• Utilize Point-of-Sale systems for food & beverage orders.
• Responsible for processing credit card payments and member charges with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide information about daily menu specials and changes, suggest menu items and provide excellent communication to guests throughout dining experience.
• Attend Pre-Meal Service meetings on each scheduled shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment, work space and contribute to the overall organization of the kitchen, dining and clubhouse area.

Adhere to DHEC standards for food and beverage services and cleaning requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Two-three years experience as a bartender/server.
• Must be able to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This facility serves alcohol; all applicants must be over 18 to be considered.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Pay Information:

• $6.

00 to $10.00 per hour (plus shared tips)

Pay:

$7.00 - $10.00 per hour
