Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials, and actively engage in upselling to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Monitor guest needs throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Assist with bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and preparing for new guests. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures while ensuring guest confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is highly desirable. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
