Front Desk Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Schedule appointments efficiently for clients. Assist with clerical duties such as supporting administrative projects. Support office management activities by maintaining a tidy reception area and ensuring all office equipment functions properly. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times. Demonstrate knowledge and sale of skin and hair retail products. Ability to work in a scheduling and payment data system. Experience Prior experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred. Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Strong computer literacy. Experience in customer service roles that involve direct interaction with clients or visitors will be advantageous.
