Job Description
Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with club standards and responsible alcohol service practices. 2. Provide friendly, professional service that enhances the member and guest experience. 3. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and product presentation. 4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking, replenishment, and inventory control. 5. Accurately process member charges and beverage transactions. 6. Support club events, tournaments, banquets, and special functions as assigned. 7. Comply with all club policies, safety procedures, and applicable alcohol service regulations. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation. Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests at the bar and in dining areas. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar, including restocking beverages, garnishes, and supplies. Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and club policies to ensure a safe environment. Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system. Support service team with food running, table clearing, and event setup as needed. Uphold Keowee Key hospitality standards, club values, and appearance guidelines. Delivers exceptional beverage service to members and guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant bar operation.
