Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders for customers
- Assist with catering and banquet events as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices in the food industry
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Strong bartending skills, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks accurately
- Ability to handle cash transactions, make change, and operate a cash register
- Experience in catering events, including setting up bars and serving guests
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patrons
