Job Summary:

A combined Waitress/Bartender (Server-Bartender) provides customer service, takes orders, prepares drinks, and serves food in dining or bar areas. Key duties include taking food orders, processing payments, checking identification for alcohol, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities:

Service:

Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, and take food/drink orders accurately.

Bar Management:

Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks efficiently.

Table Service:

Deliver food/drinks, check on guest satisfaction, and clear tables/bar top.

Operations:

Process cash/credit payments using POS systems, and perform opening/closing duties.

Compliance & Safety:

Maintain cleanliness (sanitize surfaces, wash glassware) and check identification to ensure legal drinking age.

Licensing:

OLCC Permit.

Hours:

Sat 7 am to 3 pm Sun 10 am to 6 pm
