Seasoned Bartender

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling, billing, and sales transactions. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies promptly, and communicate needs to management to prevent shortages. Uphold all safety protocols related to alcohol serving, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Collaborate with team members across food service, catering, or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours or special events. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by efficiently balancing multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards. Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with a strong understanding of the food industry standards. Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations regarding alcohol consumption. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
