Bartender - Position Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and assist servers with drink orders Recommend featured drinks, cocktails, and upgrades when appropriate Verify identification and follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and honestly Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and responsible bar environment Contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests Basic Requirements Positive attitude and strong guest service mindset Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must follow all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous bartending experience is helpful but not required — we are happy to train the right person Our bartenders don't just pour drinks — they help create the experience.
