JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and experienced Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part time position. It will include some evenings, weekends, and events. Customer service is a priority.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take orders and serve food Provide excellent guest service at the bar Maintain a clean and organized bar area Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines Help determine initiatives to increase patron count Work with the kitchen for delivery of food items Foster a welcoming, energetic environment attentive to diverse patron interests Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Previous bartending experience preferred Reliable availability for all shifts Strong customer service, and organizational skills Strong communication and multitasking skills Responsible and professional demeanor Competency in bar Point of Sale and inventory Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be dependable with transportation Capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs,, climbing stairs, stooping Collaborative attitude High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay:

$9.00 - $18.00 per hour
