The Lakes Bar and Grill on Lake Madison is looking for a full-time or part-time Bartender to join our crew. If you're a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and knows how to balance efficiency with fun, we'd love to meet you. Since 2003, The Lakes has been more than just a place to eat and drink-we're a full resort destination featuring a 9-hole golf course, 15 motel rooms, and a full-service bar and grill with indoor and outdoor seating. We're proudly family-owned and nestled between three beautiful lakes, making our location as special as the people who work here. When you join our team, you're not just taking a job-you're joining a group that supports each other, celebrates together, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences for our guests. As a bartender, you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll mix and serve drinks with skill and speed, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Whether you're crafting classic cocktails, serving up local brews, or recommending your favorite wine, you'll be an essential part of the guest experience. You'll also manage tabs, handle payments, restock the bar, and work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly. In return, we offer competitive base pay plus tips that often bring your earnings to $20

Full-time staff are eligible for our 401(k) program as well. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be 21 or older , have strong communication skills, and bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift. We're looking for someone dependable, flexible, and ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
