Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with stocking the bar and replenishing supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
• Strong math skills, including the ability to accurately calculate bills and make change
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guest at tables in a freindly and timely manner
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and efficiently communicate orders to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and a focus on providing high-quality service
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Position will include a funk time schedule with some bar shifts and some serving.
