Server/Waiter/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals in a welcoming and efficient environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct. Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Buss tables efficiently to prepare for new guests while adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise during meal service. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care to ensure guest satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with bussing techniques to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
