Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in nightclubs or restaurants, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in catering events as required, providing beverage service to guests in various settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
