Job Description

About Leiper's Fork Distillery Leiper's Fork Distillery is a family-owned and operated small batch whiskey distillery in Williamson County, Tennessee. Since filling our first barrel in the spring of 2016, our aim has been to resurrect the lost art of small batch whiskey production that was prevalent in the hills of middle Tennessee from its founding. Traditionally, Tennessee has been counted among the four main whiskey making regions of the world, along with Scotland, Ireland and Kentucky. We are proud of this heritage and aim to carry on this tradition in the fine whiskeys we produce. Leiper's Fork Distillery is characterized primarily by a low volume, low impact concept of production. This scale allows us greater attention to detail in order to create our signature premium spirits. Our whiskeys are 100% mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled by our own hands to our own specifications. Producing only 25,000 gallons of whiskey annually, we are truly a genuine small batch distillery. Requirements Knowledge of craft cocktails. Bartending experience Personal Qualities A positive can-do attitude High level of integrity and dependability Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner Industrious Personable and team oriented Physical Demands Moving gear and equipment is a regular part of the day to day and can be up to 100 lbs. Ascend/descend stairs Standing for extended periods of time
