Hop House Tennessee Taps | Historic Downtown Franklin, TN Hop House Tennessee Taps is a locally owned craft beer taproom located in the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin . We pride ourselves on delivering a refined yet approachable guest experience rooted in hospitality, consistency, and genuine community connection. Our bartenders are the front line of the Hop House experience —trusted professionals who combine warm Southern hospitality with strong product knowledge and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, takes pride in their work, and enjoys building long-term relationships with guests. Bartenders report directly to the Owner / Bar Manager and are entrusted with maintaining the daily standards of the taproom, from service quality to cleanliness and organization. What You'll Do Provide polished, attentive, and consistent customer service to a diverse Franklin clientele, including locals, families, professionals, and visitors Build rapport with regular guests while creating a welcoming environment for first-time visitors Confidently guide guests through Tennessee craft beer offerings, including styles, flavors, and seasonal releases Pour beer and prepare simple cocktails with accuracy and care, following established recipes and portion standards Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized taproom at all times—cleanliness is non-negotiable and tasks are mandatory.
