The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties as required. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, brewing processes, and beverage trends. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
