As a Server / Bartender, you will create a welcoming and memorable dining experience by guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and providing attentive service. Your role includes preparing for service, delivering exceptional hospitality during shifts, ensuring a clean and organized environment for the next day, and supporting additional responsibilities as needed to uphold WindRiver's standards. Server ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Hospitality Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Take and enter accurate food and beverage orders; check guest IDs for legal drinking age. Prepare drinks, pour beverages, and recite menu items and specials. Up-sell menu items to maximize food and beverage revenues. Maintain composure while managing large groups; provide attentive, polite service. Accommodate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly. Assist with greeting/seating, refilling glasses, and food delivery as needed. Support operations across all dining establishments. Event & Operational Support Assist with setting up, serving, and tearing down events on and off site. Clear and reset tables; assist with cleaning and preparation for service. Set up and maintain bars, including glassware, garnishes, and chilled beverages. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of bar and storage areas. Manage bar inventory and properly store perishable items. Complete closing paperwork, cash handling, and follow opening/closing checklists. Follow routines to maintain operational standards and ensure all equipment is shut down. Professional Standards & Team Responsibilities Maintain professional appearance, behavior, posture, and hygiene. Attend required staff, safety, and training meetings. Perform other duties as assigned to support team and property needs. 2 years' experience in full-service restaurant; fine dining a plus (required). 1 year in a bartending role with a full bar; country club, hotel banquet, or fine dining preferred (required). Current TN ABC license or ability to renew or obtain license (required). High School Diploma (preferred). Must be at least 18 years of age (required).
