Job Description

Bartender (Full-Time & Part-Time) Join a team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality. The Tellico Village Property Owners Association is dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for residents and guests within a premier 5,000-acre community located along the beautiful Tennessee River. We are seeking a professional, energetic, and personable Bartender who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, provides exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a team focused on quality, professionalism, and community. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Provide friendly, professional service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area while following all safety and sanitation standards. Accurately process payments and operate POS systems. Monitor guest needs and provide responsible alcohol service. Assist with restocking, preparation, and daily bar operations. Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy shifts, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred. Experience in fine dining, banquet, club, or upscale service environments is a plus. Knowledge of beverage preparation, responsible alcohol service, and food safety practices. Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, or Micros is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. Why Join Our Team?
