Snack Bar Attendant Job Overview:

As a Snack Bar Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the snack bar. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving snacks, handling sales transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of snacks and beverages to customers.
• Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations when needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized snack bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional items to customers.
• Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes to keep the snack bar area tidy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or food preparation is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
