Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.
Pay:
$2.13 per hour + Tips.
Duties:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
  • Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a similar setting
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Understanding of food handling and safety regulations
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
  • Familiarity with fine dining service and catering events is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Skills:
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Experience in bartending techniques and drink preparation
  • Customer service orientation to provide an excellent guest experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards for handling beverages
  • Understanding retail math for pricing and inventory management
  • Familiarity with brewing techniques for beer-related tasks
