Job Description
As a Barback in our legendary music and entertainment venues, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the bar running smoothly so our bartenders can shine. You'll stock and clean the bar and perform related tasks to increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team in a high-volume, music-fueled environment. As the ideal candidate, you're fast, friendly, and focused, understanding that in a venue with this much musical history, every shift is about delivering unforgettable experiences! Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Restock ice bins, beverages, kegs, plasticware, etc.,
Keep all beverage storage areas clean and organized at all times. Assist with inventory, product rotation (FIFO), and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation.
Perform defined opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
Comply with bar weekly deep cleaning schedule. Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Make sure trash receptacles are clean and odor-free.
Attend pre-shift meetings. Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions.
Communicate daily entertainment and upcoming events in venue.
Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies.
Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, bussing bar top, clearing bar and service bar, cleaning spills, and floor and guest facing areas clear of debris.
Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in both public areas and back of house.
Comply with all company issued steps of service. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management.

Ability to speak and hear. Close and distance vision. Frequent walking and standing. Occasionally climbs, sits, kneels, bends, steps up/down and reaches above shoulder. May repeatedly traverse stairs and walk on uneven terrain, often while carrying product. Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs. May occasionally be required to team-lift over 50 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Working Conditions
Continually works in a restaurant and live music environment subject to both kitchen and customer areas and in close proximity to others.
