Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events like banquets and nightclubs. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety. Assist in catering or special event setups, including food handling and serving duties when required. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions, cash handling, and retail math tasks. Experience working in the food industry or retail environment is preferred; brewing or beverage-specific knowledge is a plus.
