Logistics & Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Associate to manage LTL shipments and support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring products move accurately and efficiently between manufacturing, inventory, technicians, and customers. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Logistics

• Prepare, schedule, and manage all LTL shipments , including: o Freight prep and packaging o Booking carriers o Tracking shipments o Managing freight claims and follow-ups
• Ensure shipments are accurate, properly labeled, and documented. Inventory & Product Flow
• Retrieve finished products from manufacturing and: o Verify quantities and condition o Enter products correctly into the system o Route products appropriately (LTL shipment, staging for delivery, or stock)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and help prevent discrepancies. Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with Logistics team and field technicians to: o Receive shipments o Schedule installations o Arrange pickups and deliveries
• Communicate clearly across departments to keep workflows moving smoothly. Warehouse & Production Support
• Assist as needed with: o Receiving o Pick, pack, and ship operations o Lifting and material handling o General warehouse and production tasks Qualifications & SkillsRequired
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to lift and move materials as needed
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed Preferred
• Experience with LTL shipping and freight carriers
• Basic Excel skills and general computer proficiency
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or production experience Work Environment
• Warehouse and production setting

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
