BARTENDER & BISTRO SERVER ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Food & Beverage team member to provide exceptional dining and hospitality experiences for our guests. This role supports bar, restaurant, and room service operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes, portion standards, and service procedures. Open and serve wine and champagne with confidence and professionalism. Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in dining areas, event spaces, and guest rooms. Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure the bar is fully stocked with ice, glassware, liquor, beverages, paper products, and other necessary supplies. Prepare, transport, and promptly deliver menu items and hot food orders to hotel guests and room-service customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar, dining room, lobby, event spaces, service areas, equipment, and workstations. Monitor guest needs and proactively anticipate requests for additional food, beverages, supplies, and service. Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently. Complete opening and closing cash procedures, cashier reports, bank reconciliation, receipt handling, and secure financial deposits. Safely secure liquor, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, storage areas, and other company assets. Complete all opening and closing duties and ensure work areas are properly prepared for the next shift. Follow all company safety, security, sanitation, and service standards. Immediately report accidents, injuries, hazards, and unsafe working conditions to management. Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance while protecting guest privacy and confidential company information. Welcome and acknowledge every guest warmly, anticipate their needs, address concerns promptly, and express genuine appreciation for their business. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, supervisors, and other departments. Build positive working relationships with colleagues and support the management team in achieving operational and guest-service goals. Maintain established quality standards and contribute to a welcoming, efficient, and professional hospitality environment. Safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as reach, bend, twist, stoop, and perform other physical activities required for the position. Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
