Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with craft beer options to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or restaurant settings; catering or banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or TOAST for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, food safety procedures, and retail math calculations Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards is preferred Experience with beverage trends such as craft beers, brewing processes, or cocktail innovation is highly desirable Join us in creating lively atmospheres where every guest leaves with a smile!
