Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Handle cash transactions securely through POS systems, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with food service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during night shifts or high-volume periods in nightclubs or other entertainment venues. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for handling cash and retail math applications. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends are a must, or holidays as needed; night club experience is a plus.
