If you love craft beer, love people, and love Austin, this might be your spot. Located in the Mueller neighborhood, one of Austin's most popular and vibrant communities in central east Austin, WhichCraft is a gathering place for locals who take their craft beer seriously. What you'll do: Welcome and engage customers in a warm, conversational way Guide customers through our tap and bottle selections and help them find their next favorite beer Develop and grow your knowledge of local and craft beers Process transactions accurately — cash and card Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service Stock beer and products, count inventory, and restock coolers, shelves, and tap lines Lift and install kegs as needed Change kegs when they kick Open and/or close the taproom depending on shift Keep the taproom clean, stocked, and running smoothly through your shift Build relationships with regulars — remember faces, names, and preferences Handle customer concerns professionally and with good energy Communicate with the team about low stock, issues, or anything that needs attention Follow all TABC guidelines for responsible alcohol service What we're looking for: A naturally friendly and talkative personality Genuine curiosity about craft beer and a willingness to keep learning Ability to lift and install kegs (up to 160 lbs) Reliability — we need people who show up and follow through Bartending or customer service experience is a plus but not required if you bring the right energy TABC certification required — we will help you get certified if you don't have it yet
