We are an outdoor wine and cocktail bar designed for great drinks, thoughtful hospitality, and bringing people together. Located on South Congress in Austin, OTWO offers a relaxed, open-air setting with a beverage program focused on wine, cocktails, and an inviting guest experience.

We re currently looking for hospitality-forward, experienced, energetic Bartenders to join our team.

THE ROLEOur Bartenders are essential to both the guest experience and the energy of the bar. We re looking for experienced hospitality professionals who can execute a thoughtful beverage program while creating a warm, engaging experience for every guest.

Our ideal Bartenders are fast, organized, knowledgeable, and confident behind the bar, with a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to deliver consistent service in a lively outdoor environment.

RESPONSIBILITIESProvide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to all bar guestsPrepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standardsDevelop a thorough understanding of our cocktail, wine, beer, and zero-proof beverage programsConfidently describe beverage offerings and make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferencesExecute cocktails accurately and consistently while maintaining speed during busy serviceManage bar guests while simultaneously fulfilling service-well ticketsAccurately enter orders and process guest paymentsMaintain proper bar setup, organization, cleanliness, and stocking throughout serviceComplete opening, closing, prep, and side-work responsibilitiesMonitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to managementFollow proper pouring, measuring, recipe, and portion-control standardsCheck identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and company policiesCommunicate effectively with Servers, Barbacks, Hosts, and ManagementAnticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionallyMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outdoor bar environmentAdapt to changing weather conditions and outdoor service needsWork collaboratively with the entire FOH teamFollow all sanitation, alcohol-service, and company standardsContribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant or bar requiredStrong wine knowledge and proper bartending techniqueSolid knowledge of spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beveragesComfortable working a high-volume service well while also providing attentive bar serviceAbility to execute cocktails quickly, accurately, and consistentlyStrong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize during busy serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGenuine interest in hospitality, wine, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiencesAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureStrong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detailPositive attitude and team-first mentalityReliable, professional, and punctualFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysComfortable working in an outdoor environment and adapting to Austin weatherExcited to contribute to a strong team culture and help grow the Only The Wild Ones experienceJoining Only The Wild Ones is an opportunity to be part of a distinctive Austin hospitality experience, contribute to a growing concept, and help create a welcoming place where guests want to return.
