Job Description

Bartender:
Greet bar guests within 60 seconds; provide drink menus and take ordersPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard house recipesCard all guests who appear under 40 years old no exceptionsMonitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessaryFulfill server drink tickets efficiently during serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all timesProcess guest payments accuratelyOpen and close the bar per the shift checklist; conduct beginning and end inventory countsLog all waste, breakage, and comped items immediately
