FOH Service StaffL'Oca d'Orowww.locadoroaustin.com Looking for friendly & motivated service professionalWe are an Italian inspired neighborhood restaurant operating in the family-friendly Mueller neighborhood since 2016. We were named a top Austin restaurant in the 2022 Austin-American Statesman dining guide by Mathew Odam, as well as a Big Heart award winner by Austin Gives. We are a community focused establishment and seek to create a diverse team. We are currently looking for an experienced server, ideally with interest or experience behind the bar.
We make drinks you really can't get anywhere else. Like the food we offer, we craft every bitter, liqueur, amari, shrub, soda, etc. in house. We encourage exploration and creativity behind the bar and pride ourselves on utilizing local ingredients to inspire.

For this position, We ask that
You:
Have worked in hospitality for a minimum of 2 yearsIncluding work at a guest-facing bar for a minimum of 1 yearHave a thorough understanding of wine and spirits, classic cocktails and proper bar techniquesHave an innate sense of curiosity and demonstrate an eagerness to learnAre able to work on your feet for 6+ hours in a dynamic service environmentTake pride in being a clear communicatorConduct yourself with integrity, urgency, and find grace under pressureAdditional skill sets which we value but are not required:
Interest/experience in foraging, fermenting, pickling, jamming, canning, etc.
