Help curate and manage an impressive wine collection that complements our premium steaks and cuisineProvide knowledgeable, personalized wine recommendations to guests of all levelsDrive wine sales through engaging conversations and strategic upselling in a high-volume settingTrain and mentor front-of-house staff on wine pairings and service standardsMaintain wine inventory, conduct tastings, and stay current with wine trends and selectionsCollaborate with the culinary team to develop wine pairing menusWhat We're Looking For:
