The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork. If you have experience in the food and beverage industry and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist bartenders with drink preparation and serving beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware as needed. Handle bussing duties by clearing tables and removing empty glasses or dishes promptly. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to meet health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Support food preparation tasks during busy periods, including assisting with catering events or banquets. Operate POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) for processing orders efficiently. Assist with cash handling duties as required, ensuring accurate transactions. Experience Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations in the food industry is essential. Experience in food service roles such as serving or barista positions is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
