Bartender - Pioneer Tap House (Brownwood, TX) Pioneer Tap House is looking for energetic, dependable bartenders to join our team. Position Details:

20-35 hours per week Average earnings of $15-$30 per hour (hourly wage + tips) Free shift meals Tip-earning position Semi-flexible scheduling when accommodations are needed

Responsibilities Include:

Providing exceptional customer service Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar Working efficiently during high-volume shifts Upholding quality standards and company policies Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Available to work nights and weekends Fast learner with a positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds Must obtain and maintain current TABC and Food Handler certifications (can be completed upon hiring) Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate If you're looking for a fun, team-oriented workplace where no two shifts are the same, we'd love for you to apply and become part of the Pioneer family.
