Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or events to meet guest needs seamlessly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred. Knowledge of Toast POS. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. TABC and Food Handling Certification Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
