Duties Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring swift and correct transactions Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Provide friendly, attentive service to guests Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Handle cashing out customers with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling standards in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while upholding high-quality service standards Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively in busy environments while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus, demonstrating versatility in different service contexts Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques enhances your ability to serve a diverse drink menu This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality career while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
