Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience while maintaining high levels of customer service Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and prevent over-serving Experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service Experience working in fine dining environments or food industry settings preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Background in hospitality, brewing, catering, or retail math is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Prior experience with food handling, cashiering, or food service roles is advantageous This role requires a personable individual who thrives in social environments and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
