Job:
Supports Servers by preparing dining room for guests by cleaning tables; setting decorations, and utensils.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of The Mexican Team Member include, but are not limited to:
Greet all guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant with an upbeat, friendly manner
Demonstrate a fun and welcoming attitude and effectively work as a team to ensure the highest level of service for all guests.
Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Informs management of guests concerns at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Flexible schedule with weekend, holidays, and evening availability.
Teamwork oriented, fun, energetic, friendly, and passionate.
Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift.
Must review and abide by all company policies and procedures as outlined.
Must successfully attend, complete and maintain all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

This role requires the ability to move, push and lift up to 40 lbs.
