Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies to ensure a sanitary environment. Restock bar supplies such as liquor bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils efficiently during shifts. Assist with food preparation tasks for bar snacks or light menu items as needed, supporting the kitchen or catering team. Support bartenders by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and ensuring the bar is tidy throughout service hours. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with cash handling and order processing when required. Help with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or private parties in hotel or banquet hall settings. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and excellent customer experience. Experience Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related role is preferred; experience in nightclubs or catering environments is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in cash handling and order management. Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or restaurant operations demonstrates readiness for this role. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food preparation techniques ensures adherence to health standards. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and delivering excellent customer service.
