The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly valued, along with proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. The bartender will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our patrons while maintaining efficient operations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Clover POS and Micros POS. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and providing correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and assist with ordering supplies when necessary. Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws, licensing regulations, and responsible beverage service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service operations during events such as banquets or catering functions. Manage time effectively during busy periods, balancing multiple orders while maintaining quality service. Assist in setting up for special events or private parties, including serving at nightclubs or hospitality functions. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours in fast-paced environments. Previous experience in food service or hospitality industries is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old and able to serve alcohol responsibly according to local laws.
